Romestead nie ma własnego menu modów. Mody wczytuje BepInEx 6 dla Romestead albo ModLoader i większość modów wymaga najpierw jednego z nich.
Zainstaluj BepInEx przez r2modman lub Thunderstore Mod Manager albo skopiuj jego pliki do folderu z Romestead.exe i uruchom grę przez Steam; gdy loader działa, razem z grą otwiera się okno konsoli. Mody oparte na Mod Settings Menu dodają swoje opcje w sekcji Ustawienia.
