Romestead ไม่มีเมนูม็อดในตัว ม็อดโหลดผ่าน BepInEx 6 สำหรับ Romestead หรือ ModLoader และม็อดส่วนใหญ่ต้องติดตั้งอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่งก่อน
ติดตั้ง BepInEx ด้วย r2modman หรือ Thunderstore Mod Manager หรือคัดลอกไฟล์ไปไว้ในโฟลเดอร์ที่มี Romestead.exe แล้วเปิดเกมผ่าน Steam เมื่อตัวโหลดทำงาน หน้าต่างคอนโซลจะเปิดขึ้นพร้อมเกม ม็อดที่ใช้ Mod Settings Menu จะเพิ่มตัวเลือกไว้ใน การตั้งค่า
