Romestead'in kendi mod menüsü yok. Modlar Romestead için BepInEx 6 ya da ModLoader ile yüklenir ve çoğu mod önce bunlardan birini ister.

BepInEx'i r2modman veya Thunderstore Mod Manager ile kurun ya da dosyalarını Romestead.exe'nin bulunduğu klasöre kopyalayıp oyunu Steam'den başlatın; yükleyici çalışıyorsa oyunla birlikte bir konsol penceresi açılır. Mod Settings Menu kullanan modlar seçeneklerini Ayarlar altına ekler.
