У Romestead немає власного меню модів. Моди завантажуються через BepInEx 6 для Romestead або через ModLoader, і більшості модів потрібен один із них.
Встановіть BepInEx через r2modman або Thunderstore Mod Manager чи скопіюйте його файли в теку з Romestead.exe і запустіть гру через Steam; якщо завантажувач працює, разом із грою відкривається вікно консолі. Моди на основі Mod Settings Menu додають свої параметри в розділ «Settings».
